To Whom it may concern,

I turned 50 years old in January of 2008, and basically, my body went south real fast. (Probably not that fast, it just seemed so.)
I thought I had a hear attack, was disgbosed as a type 2 diabetic, (a1c level @9.7), injured myself at work, and weighed 394 lbs.
The wife and I had been talking about joining Preventative Health Solutions for some time, and decided this was a good time. Since joining P.H.S. in February, My a1c level is down to 7.1, I have been taken off 1 of 2 meds I was on for the diabetes, have lost 31 lbs. and 4 inches off my waist.
